It would be nice if this dealership offered complmentary oil changes as well as tire balancing. Your Service Tech that handled our last visit is a "Gem" of a person and deserves a raise.
The service department was outstanding ! My Outback had a bad battery. I had my car towed for service. My battery was replaced under warranty .I am 77 years old and the service department was very friendly and accommodating and agreed to drive my car was brought back to me.
Had a wonderful experience buying my first Subaru there. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Caleb was awesome at walking me through the lease process. Caleb took time to show me step by step how to operate the Subaru’s dash panel controls and new safety features. Best part of dealing with Caleb and this dealership is they are not pushy at all. They allowed me the time needed to make a sound decision. I would highly recommend you to go talk to Caleb if you are in the market for a new car or suv.

We were met at the door by the sales representative, and several other agents present also welcomed us to Subaru of Fort Walton. Jeff Westrich happily showed us several options in all of the models we were interested in and allowed us to drive several. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the Forester, Outback, and the Accent. We arrived thinking a base model Forester was what we wanted, and left with an Outback Touring edition! Never was there any high pressure sales tactic, just great information about each vehicle so we could make the right choice for us . ...
