After my routine oil and filter change I was billed for a oil drain plug, the amount billed is irrelevant. I was shocked that on my sixth oil change visit to the same dealership where we purchased our 2018 Subaru Legacy new and has done all of our routine maintenance, I was told that I needed a new oil drain plug, not the compression gasket. Our previous car, a 2009 Honda Accord never needed a new oil drain plug in almost 200,00 miles. But my 2018 Subaru Legacy now needed a new oil drain plug in less than 40,000 miles. Encountered an unexpected issue with my 2014 Subaru Forester. I had several dash warning lights illuminate suddenly. Took the car into Ft Walton Subaru and had the problem quickly identified. I found the customer service rep to be extremely helpful, the car was quickly repaired, and I was able to request some extended warranty coverage. Completely delighted with the service!

Car failed to start while visiting Grayton Beach from Pennsylvania. After finally getting it started we phoned and then drove to nearest Subaru dealer. Jeff from service was incredibly helpful. He was able to look at the car when we arrived, have a diagnostic run to make sure the issue was properly diagnosed and had the battery quickly replaced.
Service department was able to work me in to replace a defective O2 sensor and clear a check engine light and restore Subaru’s Eye Sight, and Cruise Control. Allowing a fully operational auto in time for a family trip.
