I had a great experience working with Erica at Step One Volkswagen Fort Walton Beach! She was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right vehicle without any pressure. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made everything smooth from start to finish.

What a wonderful experience. Everyone was laid back no pressure which is a dream experience in buying a car. David Wheelahan was professional very knowledgeable and most of all patient with numerous question's as I asked and looked at at least 4 cars the first day. I had intended to look at another type of car but David and the quality of the Vw made me realize the search was over. I did go back the next day. And the hardest decision I had to make was which color. Thank you David you’re the best and everyone else that worked with me. Love the Tiguan!

Huge shoutout to Iryna. She deserves a raise, a trophy, and probably a nap after dealing with me. I should’ve known I was in trouble when I saw she had the top salesman championship belt hanging behind her chair like she’s the WWE of car sales. By the time I noticed it, I was already tapping out and signing papers. She was patient, knowledgeable, and somehow made the whole process feel less like buying a car and more like hanging out with a friend who just happens to know everything about vehicles.

After owning a volkswagon for 12 years, it was time for something new. Andrew Chavez saw me as I pulled in and was extremely helpful allowing me to test drive multiple cars until I found what I liked. He guided me through the buying process (I haven't bought a new car in 12 years, wasn't sure of the process). He made it easy though and I was able to walk out same day with a brand new car that will hopefully last another 12 years.
